1. Order Processing All orders are carefully inspected and undergo a thorough quality check before being packaged and shipped. This ensures that every piece meets our standards before it reaches you. Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before shipment.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- United States: 7–14 business days
- International: 10–21 business days
Please note these are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of Bellanisa Canada.
3. Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.
4. Customs & Duties For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Bellanisa Canada is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.
5. Incorrect Shipping Information Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. Bellanisa Canada is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist prior to shipment.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence and your order number. We will work with you to find a suitable resolution. For lost packages, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. Bellanisa Canada is not liable for packages lost in transit once handed to the carrier.
7. All Sales Are Final Please note that all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase and reach out to us with any questions prior to ordering.
