- Air-Activated: The patch automatically begins warming up 5–10 minutes after you remove it from its packaging.
- Stick to Clothing: Peel off the backing and stick the adhesive side directly onto your outer underwear or clothing over your lower abdomen or lower back.
- Safety First: Do not apply them directly to bare skin, as this can cause low-temperature burns. Always wear a layer of fabric beneath the patch.
- Disposal: Each patch is for single use only. Once it cools down, simply peel it off and throw it in the trash.
Ingredients: Iron powder, activated carbon, vermiculite, inorganic salt, water, Leonurus extract.
